What services do you offer?

HEAT provides bespoke, modern, and "tropical-ish" floral design services, including custom arrangements, event styling, small weddings (including elopements), and branded installations.
We are known for unique, artistic creations, often incorporating Ikebana principles, fresh fruit and hand-dyed elements. We reach for tropicals often, as we adore their longevity and vibrance.
Place orders through our Shop page or send us an email for events and custom inquiries. We’d love to walk through next steps with you and answer any questions along the way.
How does delivery work?

We deliver ourselves, throughout Salt Lake County, with delivery included in the price.
After your flowers leave the studio, the phone number provided at checkout receives a text with a delivery window.
The courier will ring/knock on arrival. Please be ready to receive the flowers or notify the recipient. If no one answers, flowers will be left in a safe spot near the door. A courtesy email will be sent to the sender once delivery is complete.
Heat is not responsible for damage from weather, theft, or circumstances beyond our control.
Condo/Apartment Deliveries
We follow each building’s delivery policy, which often requires front desk drop-off. Couriers cannot wait on-site due to volume. Heat is not responsible for weather or theft-related damage.
Delivery Addresses & Information
Please ensure the delivery address and recipient contact details are correct. Heat is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. If a delivery attempt is made to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
How do returns work?

Each arrangement is Designer’s Choice, thoughtfully created with the freshest blooms available. This approach allows us to make one-of-a-kind designs inspired by what’s most beautiful at the market each week. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste, color, or flower preferences.
We put a lot of love into sourcing and designing our flowers. With proper care, we guarantee they’ll last at least 72 hours from pickup or delivery.
Care tips
Keep the vase filled with water and top off daily.
Place flowers away from direct sun and heat.
If something feels off, please reach out within 72 hours to heatfloral@gmail.com with a short note and clear photos. If there’s a valid quality issue, we’ll happily replace your arrangement or bouquet.
